Welcome to the 2008 Salty Dog Enduro Website

Well another year has come and gone. Ready yourself for one of the most exhilirating races the Okanagan has to offer.

The Salty Dog is fun for the whole family! People as young as 9 have raced in the main event, and for the 3+ people we have the Salty Pup. The mailn race is 11km long with approximately 1100ft of elevation gain, and a combination of fun, fast single track with some logging roads mixed in, map.

Race information: Sign up online at (click here) karelo. The Salty Dog starts May 4 at 10am, the Salty Pup starts at 11am. The race is located at 10th Ave and 70St SE Salmon Arm, go East off 97B, map. Race kit pick up will be Sat. May 3 at Skookum Salmon Arm 10am-5pm. Race day race kit up will be 8:00am-9:30am.

The Salty Dog trails are in great shape! A big thankyou to the 50 plus volunteers who came out Apr 20 to fix, build, and repair over 40 items on the race course. The post beverages and hamburgers went down easy after the hard work everybody put in. More good news: all of the white stuff is gone off the trails and a little bit still on the main road.
